The Material
The first major points on making a bag is the fabric. In the first meeting with our vendor, we underlined that we need a super-though fabric as the outer material for this bag. We were considering some fabric options before the vendor comes up with an offer, Nylon Ballistic 1680D.

What comes up in your mind when someone says ‘ballistic’? Yes, it’s about guns, bullets, projectiles, some sort of that things. All we can say to you about this so called Ballistic Nylon is when this fabric developed by DuPont Corp., it was intended to protect its wearers from flying debris or fragmentation from bullet impact. So, it is actually the super-though fabric that we were looking for.

The Protection System
We want this bag to have an ultimate protection for your bike, so, we decide to use this frame holder system. The idea is to give the frame an uplift so that any part of the frame have a small clearance above the bottom surface of the bag. By using this system, you don’t have to worry about the safety of your crank and rear derailleur (MTB and Roadbike) because it won’t touch the ground, at all. This frame holder system also have another function, as a toolbox. How amazing is that!?

Another feature is, the outer structure of the bag that made from polycarbonate, means it is solid and ready for some action. Moreover, under the outer material, you will find a 16mm polyfoam padding. It is seriously thick!

We also prepare a zipper so you can access the padding section of this bag. Yes you got it right, it means you can insert a sheet of cardboard or plywood or aluminum alloy, you name it, to the padding section and harden this bag to your preference.

The Trolley
Some of you happen to have XC, AM, or even downhill bike which is a pain in the ass if you have to carry those 10-20kg bike on your shoulder. So, we present you a bike bag that is easy to be strolled around.
